About Dr. Pram

Dr. Pram Sirimanna is a specialist hepatobiliary, pancreatic, upper gastrointestinal and general surgeon practising at Concord Repatriation General Hospital and Strathfield Private Hospital.

His expertise is in the care for tumours and diseases of the liver, pancreas, biliary system, duodenum and stomach. He has a particular interest in complex cancers of the pancreas and liver, including cases requiring advanced surgical planning and techniques. In addition, he offers treatment for general surgical conditions including gallstones, small bowel conditions and abdominal/groin hernias.

When surgery is required, Dr. Pram uses a range of operative approaches tailored to each individual patient and condition, including open, laparoscopic and robotic techniques where appropriate.
